"semper ultra"
We pursue research and development with a structured and goal-oriented strategy, combining market analysis, technological exploration, and the identification of emerging opportunities. Our approach is based on experience, expertise, and our curiosity.
With a team spanning multiple disciplines, we use our collective knowledge to develop new solutions. R&D is not just a function within our organisation—it is a core pillar of our business, integrated into our decision-making and strategy. This enables us to identify untapped market potentials, optimise existing solutions, and drive growth. Research and development are not secondary aspects of our work; they are fundamental t for shaping our competitive edge and securing our success.
Our research does not focus only on software development, but high level research in the fields of law and how to combine tokenisation with attorneys and the way this businesses work.
Semper ultra means "always forward" and this mindset is part of our company's spirit. With this said, here are some examples where we research new markets. If you are interested and want to participate, please contact Mr. Hardmeier

The "tokenised-house"
We are currently in discussions with landowners in Thailand to tokenise land, followed by the tokenisation of the houses to be built on it.
A Letter of Intent has already been finalised, and our architect is actively working on the project. Our goal is to develop sustainable housing tailored for middle-class income families, ensuring affordability, efficiency, and long-term value.

The "tokenising greenhouses"
Tokenising productive facilities encompasses not only ownership rights over the underlying real estate but also the structured participation of various stakeholders.
These may include landowners, investors, facility operators, technology providers, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions. Additionally, local governments, energy suppliers, workforce representatives, and supply chain partners can play a crucial role in ensuring the facility’s efficiency and long-term sustainability.
By integrating these diverse stakeholders, tokenisation enables a transparent, fractionalised, and decentralised approach to ownership and operations, fostering innovation and optimising resource allocation.
